Manage My Card
Managing your UNC One Card is easy, as most options can be done online or via the One Card App.
The cardholder can check their balance in several ways:
- On the One Card App.
- In person at the UNC One Card office during their office hours.
- During a purchase, account balances are printed on the receipt.
- Do a balance inquiry at any Tar Heel Teller machine location.
- Login to his or her account and check the balance.
- On the phone, PIN required.
